The level of care received by City Hospice, Cardiff and at Marie Curie "Holme Towers" was amazing. My mother in law was treated with such dignity and care by every single member of the team in both units.
The family can't thank everyone enough for the care she received in the last three months of her life.

My dad and our family have only met the team once last week so I am unable to answer no 6.
The team were brilliant and they took great care to answer all our questions and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I've only just meet the team, they were very friendly and listened to my needs. Easy to speak to reassuring explained what they plan to do and what may happen going forward advised I can call any time, really made me feel at ease. I feel after meeting them my worries are eased. They gave me the packs and explained the telephone/contact numbers, who to get hold of, what they do.
For an initial visit, they were very good. Allowed me to speak when I needed to.
